
Dr. Stephen H. Carson
Dr. Stephen Carson has been practicing pediatrics for 33 years and supervises the Asthma and Allergy Management Program of Children’s Healthcare Medical Associates.

Dr. Stephanie E. Cone
Dr. Stephanie Cone comes to us from the University of California Irvine’s Pediatric Residency Program and Children’s Hospital of Orange County. She completed her undergraduate and medical school training at the University of Arizona where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and Honors with dual degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics and Spanish Literature. Stephanie is fluent in Spanish, enjoys playing and coaching soccer and is a Wilton Certified Level 3 cake decorator.

Dr. Thomas Kelly
Dr. Kelly was trained at Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Kelly is an assistant clinical professor of pediatrics at University of California San Diego School of Medicine and serves on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Dr. Nicole M. Hibbs
Dr. Hibbs received her undergraduate degree from Westmont College, followed by medical school at Loma Linda University, then residency in pediatrics here at UC San Diego. She is board-certified in pediatrics. Fortuitously, she received the Allen Schwartz Memorial Award in June 2010, as the resident in her class most demonstrating excellence in primary care.

Dr. Tammy M. Nakahara
A native of the Sacramento, CA, area, Dr. Nakahara obtained both her undergraduate degree and pediatric residency training at UC San Diego, and completed medical school at Tulane University. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a candidate fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Raquel L. Rissman
Originally raised in Los Angeles, Dr. Rissman moved to San Diego in 1990 to complete undergraduate studies at UCSD. She attended Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia and then completed pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of Orange County. She returned to San Diego in 2005. She is board-certified in Pediatrics.
